How do I arrange a visit?
We haven an open visitation policy for friends and family of our residents and only ask that guests sign in and out for health and safety reasons.
Prospective clients are welcome to drop in to view the home at any time or can call ahead to make an appointment.
How quickly can you help?
Immediately. As soon as an enquiry is made then the process commences with client details etc
Who will pay for my care?
This depends on the client circumstances and type of care they are requiring – This can be funded by social services or a Private contract – and also category of care needs to be considered- residential care can be paid by:
1) social services contract with client contribution/social services payment, or
2) Private – client contribution only.
Nursing care can be 1) social services contract with client contribution/social services contribution / FNC payment.
2) Continuing care – fully funded or
3) FastTrack – fully funded – end of life care
4) Private contract – client contribution/FNC payment
Where can I find out about funding care?
Adult social care direct are the first point of contact and will take details of prospective clients before referring to social workers who will assess financial / heath and care needs to agree the type of placement required.

Senior living for couples?
We always do our best to accommodate married couple but this sometimes depends on care category and room availability.
What Qualifications do your care team have?
All of our Nurses must have their own NMC Pin number which we check annually. Senior staff must have NVQ level 2 and 3. Care staff must all have NVQ level 2 or are expected to achieve this during their employment.
Can residents spend time outside the home?
There are beautiful landscaped gardens to roam on the premises, and we often conduct trips in small groups to local sights and attractions. Family and friends are also welcome to take residents out for the day as long as it is negotiated with us first.
