A Personalised Approach

Our personalised approach to care underpins all we do here at Wilton House, we understand that every resident has their own unique needs and views in life so we endeavour to tailor our service accordingly. We make sure to maintain a great working relationship with local healthcare professionals who make regular trips to the home as well as the personal GP of each resident to make sure everyone is getting the right treatment.

Our Team

All of our staff are passionate about providing the best environment possible for our residents and require an NVQ Level 2 or 3 whilst our senior management team need their own NMC pin number which is checked annually.

Residential Care

Residential care provides a little extra support to residents who are perfectly healthy, but require some assistance in carrying out daily activities such as washing and dressing.

Palliative Care

Palliative or ‘end of life’ care is one of the most important services we provide here at Wilton House. We know how difficult this time can be for loved ones, making it more important than ever to be receiving the best care in the best facility.

Specialist Care

Our team are trained and our premises correctly equipped to care for the following conditions: Dementia, physical disability, cancer care, head/brain injury, hearing, speech and visual impairments, Parkinson’s disease and strokes.

Respite Care

Respite care refers to those needing a short term stay at the home for a matter of days or weeks rather than months. These stays can always be extended and we offer commitment free trail periods to experience home life.
