Our Safety and Quality Promise
Both the design or our home and the way in which we conduct our care is underpinned by our primary concern that is the safety of our residents. Our facilities are always maintained to the utmost cleanliness and we ensure that there are nurse call buttons in every room and grab rails positioned throughout the property. We require that all of our team are fully qualified and provide regular training to keep their knowledge up to date. We also work closely with local healthcare professionals and GP’s to make sure every residents is receiving the right treatment and care.
We take ever measure to ensure quality in the service we provide. As well as regular internal audits of the home and consistent training and development of staff to ensure they can effectively recognise, report and solve any issues they might find, we are also annually investigated by the Care Quality Commission.
